Super value break down cover
We have 2 cars and a motorhome covered by EA and have done so for a number of years. On the occasions when we have needed a call out they have always been very efficient and sent a recovery vehicle quickly. The prices are very competitive and you really can't fault the vaue for money breakdown cover they offer.

basic service
ultimately someone came out and sorted my issue but the people on the phone were not sympathetic and overly helpful to a panicked person who had broken down. Very monotone and obviously reading script. no personality- also didnt explain that id have to part with extra cash to the people who came out to sort my battery. also i have had no invoice / receipt for the payment made.

Excellent value for money and easy to set up

The whole process of trying to arrange…
The whole process of trying to arrange a breakdown call out over the phone was horrendous and very stressful. My call was constantly cut off each time I got put through to another department so I had to ring back and start the whole process again 4 times! It took 35 minutes to finally complete the process.
Thankfully once the mechanic arrived he was really nice and helpful.
