I bought some nuts which were below par, but they refunded them immediately, which I think is very good service. I'll be back.

Worked OK but took a long time, although the delay was in the delivery country, so not your fault. But I just thought you should know that whoever you handed it to (Evri? GLS?) delayed it for four days.

Great to find you had exactly the right part, and it arrived swiftly.

Just one niggle: you provide the name of the supplier who sends you a package to deliver, but that is often some obscure registered name, not the trading name, so it's not recognisable; and you don't say WHAT is in the package, so it's sometimes hard to know what is on its way.

The product is great, and does exactly what it said.
Delivery was prompt, BUT (BIG BUT) Salter only deliver to UK addresses, and as I live abroad, I had to get it sent to a relative's house in the UK, and collect it from them next time I visited. Salter need to revisit their UK-only policy if they want to sell more goods.

Web site has a bug that grays out payment if you delay applying the discount until the last screen. You have to apply it in an earlier screen and then it works.

Casings arrived on time and intact. One suggestion: single-casing packages for the home cook who does not have the facilities to make 20Km of sausage :-)

You need to allow a shipping address different from the billing address so that people can send pens as gifts.
