The adapter that was sent did not fit into the light plug of the lamp I purchased .
So I now have to go and buy one.
They said they would credit my account when I get the right one . But to be honest if I had known this I would never have bought the lamp

When I got my lights installed by an electrician we found that there was a part missing from 1 of the shades and when I emailed for it I was told that I would have to send it all back to you I had already paid for it to be installed and I could not pay for it to be taken down again so now I have a light that is not complete and you refused to send me the part so I'm not at all happy with your service

Ordering the items on line was easy and…
Ordering the items on line was easy and hassle free. The products are of an acceptable quality, considering the price. The three types of light fittings purchased were easy to install. My experience was let down by delivery. A delivery time of 3 - 6 working day was quoted. The first working day of the transactions was 3rd Aug. Delivery shout have been between 5th and 10th Aug. Tracking showed that on 13th, the goods were still in transit.
However, I contacted Krzysztof, who was extremely helpful and sorted the issue promptly. It transpired that DPD held some of the responsibility for the late delivery.
I would definitely use Lights.ie in the future

We love the lights we bought
We love the lights we bought, what a change to the rooms! My brother and sister in law bought them in Spain and I liked them so much that I found them in Ireland and bought them. The packaging was very good.
