We love the lights we bought, what a change to the rooms! My brother and sister in law bought them in Spain and I liked them so much that I found them in Ireland and bought them. The packaging was very good.

I am very happy with the blinds. I would suggest giving a day’s notice with the time of the fitting and not just a few hours before the fitting, especially if we work. The only thing I knew in advance was the date.

Super fast delivery even during the Christmas period! The item I bought is very good quality, one of my cats took ownership instantly. I am glad I bought it.

The service was great, the staff were very nice

It was packed exceptionally well, I hope they always pack this well as once the packing was so poor that some of my items broke whilst in transit, the delivery was also very fast. With regard to the quality I think it is an understatement to say how good le creuset products are

Fast delivery and excellent packaging

This is my first time buying online from this store and the last time. I bought a dinning table on the 01/07/23, the lead time was 20 to 25 working days, 25 working days was last Friday 04/08/23, I have emailed for an update and chased again but no one gets back to me, if I call they do not answer the phone, if there is a delay with the order they simply need to be honest instead of ignoring their emails, that is a bad customer service, I will be going on holidays soon and I need to know what is going on with my order otherwise I would like my money back. I am wasting too much of my time. Hopefully they will read this review and get back to me as they seem to be quite effective at getting to customers when they read their feedback. I have only purchased multi trip, I don’t know what to say at this stage.

The order came faster than expected but I never got the tracking number or the message from a post that the normally send. When I got home I had a package there and it was my purchase.

I introduced a friend to Revolut but I got no email confirming same, I had to Google how to find out what to do to get the reward, then I navigated on the app to be able to find out what the steps were, if I hadn’t researched on Google I would have never known the conditions to claim the money, once done I received the reward straight away.

Happy with the purchase but I never received an email or a message with the delivery date, DPD always send a text or email..

I contacted 2 builders, one made contact with me, the other one didn’t. What I do not understand is the emails I got from bark asking them to contact them when I already had done so.

I have been with Its4women for at least 8 years, maybe even more. When I joined it was easy to submit to required documentation, so far I am happy with their service, I only had to call them once because my car wouldn't start and I got through to them quite easy, within half an hour or less a recovery car arrived at my home address and jump started the car, thank God it was only the battery. When it is time to renew the licence, the online steps to follow are very simple.

I have just bought the insurance and it was the best value and no excesses compared to others who even had excess and a higher price. I don't know what the service would be like if I had to claim though.

I am happy with the purchase but it took a week for the purchase to be shipped and when I got the email confirming the package was shipped it did not say the name of the courier company and I could not track my order
