Very friendly contact person at PenStore, good product price and the product I needed! Everything merged into a beautiful and useful experience of my shopping!
Unfortunately, the local delivery in my country, in my city, was extremely poorly done and of poor quality, and I filed a complaint with the competent package delivery company.
But that has nothing to do with PenStore. PenStore has done everything at the highest level of service quality!

Caran d’Ache Luminance 100 set
I ordered the largest Caran d’Ache colored pencil set from PenStore, and the product itself is absolutely amazing. The pencils arrived in perfect condition, and the quality is exactly what I expected from Caran d’Ache.
The only downside was the shipping. I paid extra for UPS Express, which was advertised as taking 1–2 business days, but my order took around 4 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, it missed the Friday delivery and wasn’t delivered until after the weekend, which was a bit disappointing.
That said, I’m still very happy with my purchase. The product is outstanding, and despite the shipping delay, I would still give it 5 stars because the quality of the Caran d’Ache set is exceptional.
