The gentleman who arrived was proffessional and knew how to remedy the problem although not serious, it was well worth the insurance cover to sort the problem out.

There are occasions when parcels are damaged in transit but this can happen with Royal Mail as well, especially at busy times of the year. However, Hermes always attempt to resolve issues, are competively priced and I have always had a good service with my courier whom is friendly and helpful and delivers in all weathers.
