Absolutely disappointed with my order , to start I placed an order for the date and it didn’t arrive for the person birthday! And when I try to contact them had o poor response and late to contact me back!! And 3 days later my flowers still not been delivered.

What started of being a bad experience after many times of using Serenata Flowers, with help the last experience turned out to going back to the excellent service I've always had with Serenata Flowers.

Ordering process was easy and efficient. Delivery was as requested. However, the actual product was a little underwhelming this time. Usually it's really good but, for some reason, this one didn't match up to the photo on the website. Rather disappointing.

Very easy to place an order and excellent service as normal.

Awful service . Flowers not delivered . No communication from them at all. Flowers did not arrive for a funeral . Deeply upsetting . Still awaiting a reply from a manager . Avoid using Serenata.

Arrived on time

À part of my order was missed out, but the flowers were lovely and delivered to my sister on time. Here follows the email I sent in reply to their excellent response.
“ Hi Alisha,
Thank you so much for your prompt reply and correction, for the error.
I understand that human error can cause problems from time to time. No system can be perfect 100% of the time.
Your Customer service is to be congratulated. I wish all companies had the same ethical and swift response.
Sincerely”.

Awful experience. Ordered and paid for premium delivery for a special occasion. Evri advised delivery won't be until 4 days after the requested date. I would encourage your review of delivery partners as Evri don't appear to be fit for purpose!

Brilliant service good flowers . Delivered on time

Good price, quick delivery and quality flowers/chocolate.

Have used Serenata before and bouquet's were delivered locally, meanin they were fresh and well presented.
Unfortunately this time they used Evri to deliver, and despite paying a premium for specified date delivery, they delivered 36hrs late and the flowers had been left in 30c heat. What was delivered was an insult to my family.
Serenata were very good and refunded me fully but it left a bitter taste. Would use Serenata again if they did not use Evri.

The flowers would have been fine but they were in a hot delivery van until 10 minutes to eight in the evening, and the driver did not let my daughter know they had arrived. So even if my daughter had known about delivery she would hardly of had the pleasure of seeing them on her birthday until very late in the day. As it was she didn't find them until next morning and when she took them out of the box they were wilted and sad looking. £50 wasted, very disappointed. Serenata aware but no response.

Excellent as always

Flowers just left on doorstep on main road, no attempt to knock or ring doorbell. Chocolates all melted and obviously had been for ages as box discoloured and oily. Company refused to send replacements saying they could only refund the sender. I didn’t want the to embarrass the sender and let them know about the poor service - so no replacement and no refund. Company now not replying to email and there is no phone number. I would not recommend.

Ordered what I thought a lovely bouquet for a friend. Unfortunately they were not delivered until the evening of an extremely hot day by Evri. My friend thanked me for the lovely surprise but added the flowers were very ‘sleepy’. Think she was just being kind. She said they perked up a little by the next day after being in water overnight. I was very disappointed, won’t buy from here again.

My grieving very dear friend received her bouquet as I'd ordered , the very next day .
She said the flowers were stunning and helped lift her mood a little. They were on her porch when she arrived home .
I have returned to Seranata three times after trying elsewhere ..... You CANNOT be beaten .

Usually you get 5 stars. This time however the flowers were delivered to the wrong address for the first time and the birthday card was missing so my stepdad didn’t know who they were from. They weren’t properly delivered either. They were just left outside the front door of the wrong address.
