Don't use xln
I was with xln and my contract expires, then it becomes more expensive more than double,
I call xln-daisy they give me new contract with changing my line or something, they confirmed it will start before my old services ceased, and they massage two time that engineers will come and install new router line.. I did call them and ask for my changes and confirm will be charge new rates but last two months I am getting old direct debit with old rate. When I call for refund they say your new service hasn't started yet so you will charged old one. It's same company same things nothing changed than also charging more.

Our internet stopped on the 17th Sept. We were told that we had been "slammed" and withdrawn. No notice no communication. After finding it virtually impossible to speak to an agent they informed me that there was nothing they could do to help and suggested a new contract or another provider. It took over 4 weeks to arrange another provider. Insult to injury they are still invoicing me for broadband without providing the service and refuse to refund me unless I take out a new contract. Shameful behavior. Currently using the ombudsman to resolve as XLN refuse to address my situation. Very nice when they are selling you a product but believe me they are impossible to contact or willing to help when you have a problem. They just don't want to address this issue. I am extremely angry with this company.

The XlN service works not bad
The XlN service works not bad, but they constantly add additional services that I did not order or agree to, and they demand to pay for them. And they can cancel them for the next month. And this has happened to me many times.

You set up contract with them for fix price next bill you receive different amount they try take more as much as they can money by direct debit

Brilliant service for small businesses!
Been with XLN for a while now and honestly, they’ve been spot on. Internet’s fast, calls are clear, and their customer support actually helps when you ring them. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that keeps things simple and reliable!
Waste of space company
The owners of the company I work for are paying for a service that they are not receiving. Since August 2025 our card machine is going down 2-3 times a week saying can't connect to host. The owners have tried to get this solved but xln customer support are useless saying nothing is wrong. As a business our customers prefer to pay by card as soon we will lose our last cash point machine close by. Xln still expect to be paid but not giving the service promised

Since I’ve opened the account with yourself I have had so many issues. On several occasions I had to ring and sort the problems out. Now I have been double charged in my account, can you explain why this happened as am not a happy customer. Previously this happened before then I had ring and sort it out. The phone line service provider is very poor, the voice isn’t clear. Very disappointed

Genuinely appalling company
Genuinely appalling company. They are supposed to provide broadband to my pub (the credit card machine requires this, so it's a nightmare if the broadband is down). I have now had no broadband for the past two weekends (needless to say, the busiest time for the pub, and a time when the customer base comprises more young people who want wifi and do not carry cash).
Conveniently (for XLN), they only stop charging you when they fail to fix the service in 3 working days. That's three of THEIR working days, not OUR working days, so they exclude weekends, even though that this when the downtime causes our business the most damage). They blame Openreach all the time (and I have no way of challenging this as I cannot contact Openreach directly). I cancelled other appointments this morning in anticipation of an Openreach visit only to be told that it would now be Friday.
We have a Wrexham FC game on Sky Plus tonight which is a streaming channel and therefore not available. More revenue lost, and we are still actually paying them today because their three business day rule is in play. If they fix it, and then it goes a day later, their three business days starts again

My contract ended on 17th and I gave notice and told them im switching over and they sent a £500 bill for termination fee even contract ended without any issue .always overcharged. I was paying £52/month for copper line not fibre and they sent £199 bill for fibre as well .
Sales people far too pushy!
I haven't used this company. I was possibly interested to for two businesses but the persistence of the caller from sales has put me off. I kept asking to stop calling and just send me the deal by email to action when I'm ready. Ive had about 20 phone calls! Each time trying to force me to take out a contract. No thank you XLN, your sales staff are too pushy.

Poor service!
I was automatically charge insurance on my account for October without being asked. I know that this is in your contract as i was informed by your rude telesales person, but I did not receive an letter stating that you where going to charge me if I had I would of opted out.
This is poor service counting on customers not seeing an email or receiving a letter until its to late.
For this reason when my contract ends in 20 months I will not be renewing your services and please advise all your department not to make contact with me to sell business phones for my office as I do not want this service any longer. To add, I think your staff on the phone could do with retraining. Very disappointing outcome and unprofessional expecting people to opp out instead of opting in to additional services.

I've had a very worst experience with xln ive been with them for past 7 years I can't go with a different provider because they dont let me transfer my business landline number im getting charged at a very high rate £92 per month im forced to continue with xln for these years because of my business landline number

Having some bother porting my business numbers to new provider. keep making excuses about open orders and how porting multiple numbers is problematic. We have been with this company for many years and would have stayed if they quoted for what we wanted, they didn't so I went with a BT affiliate. Now They are trying to entice me with cheap offers! This saga is ongoing so will see what happens on the next porting date.
