Being able to talk to a human, not being rushed on the call

Easy to contact by phone and friendly and efficient member of staff.

Struggled a little with the website, so set up via phone. Really quick and easy. The rep was very friendly and helpful. Only had the policy a few weeks no problems so far. But let’s be honest you never know how good your insurance company is till you try and claim.

I phoned today to discuss some queries regarding my dogs policy. Lorna was very helpful and explained everything to me very clearly and was very patient with my questions.

Really easy to apply for insurance plus well priced

I take great pleasure in writing this review based on my positive but, unfortunately, abnormal lived experience of speaking with customer service professionals about a product you have paid for. The level of support I received was, firstly, the information and the friendliness, but the most important thing was that I wasn't rushed at all. In fact, the person I spoke to went to great lengths to outline how their customer-centred business model operates: when people need to call, it is a time of great stress for them and for their pet. I couldn't ask for a better service provider in that eventuality. I highly recommend.
