I ordered two flamingo plants in a 5 litre pots. The sale was marked down from £29 (expensive) to £9.50 each. When I received the delivery my first thought was ‘it’s ridiculous’. Two plots crammed into a small package, they were cut down in height for the size of its root structure, they were very spindly and evidencing worms crawling through the roots whist being shrivelled and wilting.
The company’s conditions and guarantees are so qualified as the make them worthless. Trying to contact Garden Express is impossible and they are user unfriendly, dismissive and give the impression that it could not care less for its customers.
I have asked for vidaXL, who appear to be a very good and reliable company, to send me a pack of fixing screws missing from a product box. As is fairly typical its chatbot started well but then it hit a roadblock off its own making when it began going round in circles chasing its own tail. All I wanted was a missing pack of fixing screws. When I asked to speak to a human matters went from bad to worse. So I gave up after 20 minutes after getting nowhere.

Hello Peter,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we're pleased to hear your positive comments about our company, we're sorry to learn that requesting the missing fixing screws became a frustrating process due to the communication issues you encountered.
We have reached out to you directly to learn more about the missing parts and offer assistance. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to help resolve the matter.
My plants were wilting when they arrived, having put them in the ground and feeding them the leaves of these trees are shriveling and dropping off. I am now afraid that these trees will die. I now need Roots Plants to help to save them.
The delivery of these plants was to the wrong house. I had the search for these trees but when I eventually found them two of the containers had fallen on the ground.
However, I cannot thank Roots Plants enough as they are an amazing example of what a company should act like regarding its dealings with its customers. As far as Ana your customer care person is concerned I can see that she is an exceptional customer services representative. The manner in which she dealt with my problem and saved me any anxiety as to the outcome of my unfortunate salix tree concerns is very much appreciated; so thank you Ana for your professionalism.

The delivery was not made to the correct address. It was delivered to another address nearby. We had to search for our parcel for 20 minutes. When we found the actual delivery address we had to carry the parcel 200metres to our home. This is quite typical of the poor service of InPost/Yodel who are not as professional as Amazon, DPD, or Royal Mail.

We have always found Octopus Energy both courteous and very helpful. The company is always trying provide its customers many benefits and a good service.
I will not buy from Wayfair again. The fixing using an Allen key was almost impossible. The design of the location of the fixing points on the garden table and chairs is very poor meaning that using power tools is impossible. Additionally some screw holes are not properly aligned. Obviously a cheap Chinese product at an expensive price it took me 1 hour a chair to assemble.

I had heard some bad experiences about this company but having received only 3 out of 4 packages I was concerned but the carrier DX advised that one of the items had been damaged in transit. Within a week the replacement item arrived from Living and Home. I hope that the parasols will be as easy to erect as was the delivery.

Hi Peter, thank you for your review.
We hope you love your new product and that you'll shop with us again soon.
Alert from an initial misunderstanding of the App set up process the procedure, inputting and execution was great. Using Tor is now a painless and easy process which I highly recommend.
Following the disaster of the last delivery, when you delivered a damaged unit caused by your people tipping a very heavy unit on its short edge crushing the Conner of the timber top surround, your guys did well this time with good handling. You need a piano trolly to avoid tipping to remove a sack trolly from under the item.
When I read the detail concerning this product I was unimpressed. Compared with a cotton bud these things look positively dangerous. Most people who have excess earwax have nowhere near the amount suggested in the ad and this corkscrew would be totally ineffective in such cases. The amount being charged is ludicrous and in any case why would you want two of them? I checked on Trustpilot which confirms this rather obvious scam.
I ordered Calmiderm from Sanareva on 11/09/20. Nothing was received so I checked the tracking number on Hermes website to find that the consignment had been returned to Sanareva. I called Sanareva who advised there had been a delivery mix up and that it would resend the product for which I had paid £27. Two weeks after the initial order I called Sanareva again on 25/09/20 who said it was awaiting the return of the product from the courier. I explained that this was not my problem and asked Sanareva to resend the product, as promised. The agent was quite rude but promised I would get a delivery within 7 days. I then received a new invoice requesting a further payment with the wrong delivery address. I tried to call Sanereva but discovered it had blocked my phone number. I sent it an email enclosing screen shots from the Hermes website tracking indicating the return order. I said that I did not wish to pay twice for something I had not received. I now know that Sanareva DPD for deliveries but it sent my order to Hermes by mistake. I do not know if this is a scam website but I am not hopeful.

Dear Jean,
We are very sorry to hear that your experience with our online shop and customer service team has been difficult. However, I have managed to find your Sanareva account and after checking the invoices and mail exchanges I see that there was a big misunderstanding between yourself and our agent. Firstly, Sanareva is unfortunately not responsable for the delays that your parcel may encounter during transit as DPD and Hermes are the courier services in charge of completing the deliveries. If there is any sort of issue, we always welcome our customers to contact us so that we can try to solve the problem on their part. Secondly, your replacement order was placed on the 25/09 after confirming with Hermes that your other parcel could no longer be delivered to you. It was dispatched after 48hours and should therefore be arriving to you within 5 working days (which would be Friday).
The email you received regarding the payment for the second order is simply a confirmation email of your new order. As you can see in the mail, the total amount required to pay is £0.00.
We have not blocked your phone calls as it is simply impossible for us to know who is calling our customer service team and when. Futhermore, regardless of the issue, our team will ALWAYS help our customers. There is, however, the simple possibility that we could not answer you at the time as there has been an increase in phone calls within the last few weeks due to the end of the holidays.
So please do not hesitate contacting our team who are available from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm at the following number: 02037 693 237 or by e-mail: contact@sanareva.co.uk
