I have regularly used the services of torfx for over 4 years now. The exchange rate that they offer is always good and competitive. The service is excellent from the time I started exchanging currency with them to now , my Account Manager , Dan Jager , has always been there to help and advise on the most advantageous time to exchange currency. Their service is very fast. Yesterday I exchanged Sterling for Euros and the transaction went through from my English bank to my French bank on the same day. Thank you torfx !

What stands out for me in using TorFX are two major (and related) issues. The first is confidence that my transferred money is safe and dealt with rapidly. The second is knowing that there is human support, in case anything complex should occur, not some silly AI bot. In this regard, I am happy to commend the quality of support provided by Ben Peters, my account manager. A third positive, although not the most important, consists of the low transaction costs, especially compared with the outrageous transfer costs imposed by UK banks.

I ran a payment for a vehicle through them and couldn’t find fault with their service. They were efficient and easy to deal with. Having someone easily reachable by phone if help was required was a boon. Full marks!

We used TorFX to transfer the proceeds from our Irish house sale to fund a property purchase in the UK, a significant sum, on a tight timeline, with a lot riding on it going smoothly.

Our account manager, Nikola, made the whole process genuinely straightforward. She was responsive, explained the options clearly, and was always available when we had questions. For a transfer of this size, having a named point of contact rather than a call centre made an enormous difference to our confidence in the process.

The rate we received was competitive, the transfer arrived promptly, and the documentation we needed for our solicitor's source-of-funds checks was easy to obtain.

Moving countries involves a lot of moving parts, and this was one of the few that caused us no stress at all. Highly recommended, and particular thanks to Nikola.

Have sold a high end item abroad recently, had to have a joint account set up for euros convertsion into sterling. Totally a novice with this and it was a one off situation. Hannah was our allocated account manager, she was extremely helpful and when she was not available the other members of the team were able to assist. We felt fully supported throughout. The whole transaction from Austria and transfer to uk accounts went through easily and smoothly.
