Purchased two coats. Quality one okay but not great. While both were medium sized, one fit perfectly the other was two sizes too small. Unfortunately It was the better quality one. I’ve tried emailing them on numerous occasions with no luck.
Don’t buy from this company.

We were met at the airport and taken care of throughout our trip. Our guide was very informative and helpful and our driver very good and obliging.
Hotels were lovely except for the first one which wasn’t what we expected. The room was clean and spacious but the lobby was dark and small, the bar was very dark. The hotel was well situated near Stanley park. Breakfast was okay.
The Rockies are spectacular and so is British Columbia. The people are friendly and courteous and our travel companions were a great group, we all got along very well. If you want to see and visit lots of spectacular places I would recommend this trip. Mind you it is full on, not for the faint hearted.
We could have done with longer in some places we visited, e.g. Lake Louise and Banff. It would have been nice to have stayed in Banff.
Overall the trip was very enjoyable and I will definitely travel with the travel department again.

I’m very disappointed with DPD. I changed delivery day because I wasn’t going to be home but I arrived home to find my parcels sitting on the doorstep. One of these parcels was a laptop so needless to say I wasn’t very pleased. Why have a link to facilitate changing the delivery day if it’s not monitored? This is the second time in the past month this has happened.
