rude behavior and a bunch of lies
DPD delivered high-value packages to the wrong address. Instead of correcting the error, the chat agent became insolent—claiming, despite clear evidence to the contrary, that the fault lay with the sender.
To make matters worse, the proof-of-delivery photo had been tampered with; damage to the package had perhaps been partially pixelated out.
It appears to be DPD’s corporate policy to cover up mistakes rather than admit to them—a situation compounded by rude customer service staff.
I highly recommend ensuring, whenever you place an order, that DPD is NOT the shipping provider.
