Lovely, friendly staff who were extremely helpful. The items I bought weren't suitable and there was no problem returning them. I would definitely shop there again.

Amazing Customer Service/assistance

I had a fantastic experience with Jessica at Elverys in Portlaoise. I rang the store looking for a pink helmet, and Jessica went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to find the very last one in stock and kindly offered to reserve it for me.

When I arrived in store, she was just as lovely in person – so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. It’s little things like this that make such a difference to the customer experience.

A huge thank you to Jessica for her kindness and excellent customer service. She’s a credit to the Portlaoise store!
