Ordering was simple but still to receive part of my order. It says bulk items can take up to 15 working days, cost was €40 delivery and you don't even get tracking or any information. I think when paying that amount you should be getting it quicker and getting tracking details at the very least. And asking about my experience when I've yet to receive my order is a bit of a joke to say the least!!!

I dealt with a superb assistant called Claudia. I wasn’t sure what runners I needed but she was very knowledgeable and supportive, and I was confident with her advice. I bought runners and some running socks and was delighted with my purchase. When buying an expensive item it’s important to get the right advice. Claudia was excellent and very pleasant to deal with. The store was well laid out and well stocked. I will return.

Shopping with my fussy 3 year old
I was in with my 3 yr old little girl to get her runners and the girl that helped us was so good with her and helped her pick out her runners & had her running up and down the shop floor to see how fast she could run in them !! Very good experience

I purchased via click & collect and when the item arrrived it was too small. I was able to get a refund via gift voucher right away, no trouble at all so that I could reorder on the website and use the gift voucher. Very helpful and pleasant staff
