I ordered bondi 9 runners

I ordered bondi 9 runners. The sale went through. I got a msg from courier about a week later stating that the package had been delivered. I was home all day and no package came. I rang courier and they said they would look into it. Didn’t hear from them again. I later rang the shop and spoke to very helpful staff. Unfortunately they didn’t have another pair of the same runners so they very quickly and efficiently refunded my money so two stars for the staff.

I ordered a shoe 4 weeks ago and still…

I ordered a shoe 4 weeks ago and still not recived it. I had 8 emails and parcel company had some problem delivering it but the company doesnt do anything. I paid for postage and I dont understand why my shoe is not here yet.

As you are aware through the correspondence we have had this is being investigated by the Postal Service as the records they have show that this was collected and we are just awaiting the proof of this.

Once we have this we will be in touch.

This has been a very unfortuante situation which was beyond our control but we have actively been engaging with you in relation o this and to getting it resolved and will continue to do so until it is.

Rest assured you will not be out of pocket due to this. You will either get the parcel that has gone missing or a full refund. Cheers
