Chargeback Dispute Statement
Chargeback Dispute Statement – Unresolved Duplicate Charges & Fraudulent Merchant Practices
I am filing this dispute regarding systematic, unresolvable billing errors and intentionally deceptive practices by the merchant. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly, the merchant has deliberately blocked all channels of recourse.
1. Proof of Fraudulent Technical Barriers (Fake Error Page)
The merchant's website prevents users from processing refunds by displaying a fabricated technical error page.
The page explicitly states "An error ocured" [sic].
A legitimate, server-side system error would generate a standardized, correctly spelled error code (e.g., HTTP 500, 503) from the server infrastructure.
The fact that "occurred" is misspelled as "ocured" with a single 'r' mathematically proves that this error page was manually hardcoded into the website. It is a fabricated error screen designed solely to deceive customers, prevent them from claiming their funds, and illegally retain their capital.
2. Absence of Customer Service & Intentional Ghosting
The merchant does not provide any access to human customer support agents.
Communication is strictly limited to automated virtual assistants (multiple-choice bots).
These bots are programmed to automatically terminate the chat session immediately when a refund request or billing error is flagged, completely blocking any possibility of a fair dispute resolution.
3. Direct Financial Damage (Verzugsschaden)
Due to the merchant’s intentional delays, bad faith communication ("Nata" providing unverified, false claims of refunds that never arrived in the banking network), and fraudulent software barriers, I have been forced to waste multiple days of administrative work acting as an investigator to recover my legally earned money.
Conclusion:
This is a clear-cut case of intentional merchant fraud, bad faith retention of customer funds, and systemic customer deception. All definitive proof—including transaction logs, duplicate charge timestamps, and screenshots of the hardcoded fake error page—has been provided.
I request an immediate, permanent chargeback of all disputed funds.
