The products are nice
The products are nice, Delivery of the product took too much of time.
I ordered bag for our vacation 8 days early after seeing delivery guarantee in 3-4 days but the delivery came after 8 days,by then we had left. The delivery guy dropped the package at door step and my neighbour picked it up as we were not there

Delay recieving
got several email and latest was to giving feedback. where I am here but package was not recieved yet. I ordered 24.12.2024 and today is 2.1.2025. They send a link for GLS(which is not work) and said 1-3 working day I will recieve!
