Beliani IS A TOTAL SCAM – Don't waste your money
Let's talk about the the scam that is Beliani:
I paid 1,549 DKK for an extending table from Beliani, and it became unusable immediately after assembly.
A friend helped me assemble it. We attached the legs and secured the screws, but as soon as we brought the table upright, the screws began pulling out together with pieces of the MDF board. The legs detached, leaving the table unstable and unusable.
I reported the damage immediately and sent photos showing the torn MDF around the fixing points. After several messages, Beliani rejected my complaint, attributing the damage to “external force” and suggesting the table may have been lifted by its legs. Their response did not provide a specific technical explanation. They also refused my return request because the product was damaged - the very issue I was complaining about.
I am now left with an unusable table and no refund. A new table should withstand assembly and actually do what it's supposed to do: STAND ON IT'S LEGS. The product quality and the handling of my complaint online and on call have been deeply disappointing.

Great product and excellent customer service!
I purchased a storage bench from this company, and overall, I’m very happy with it. The bench looks lovely, is practical with its built-in storage, and was reasonably priced. Delivery was also right on time.
Although I was pleased with the product overall, there were a few minor details that didn’t quite meet my expectations. I contacted their customer service to share my concerns, and I was genuinely impressed by how they handled the situation. Their communication was excellent, and they addressed my concerns with professionalism, understanding, and generosity.
What could have been a disappointing experience turned into a very positive one, thanks to their exceptional customer service.
For me, great customer service makes all the difference when shopping online, and this company certainly delivered on that!

Don’t waste your money here

Well from day 1 it crackles and squeaks so much it wakes me up when I just change my sleeping position. Its very fragile and thin. Shipping and all was okay but would not buy again.

Purchased FRASSINE, foldable dining set with chairs, a nice-looking table set for my balcony, not really cheap.

Terrible delivery experience – still waiting for our furniture
We ordered furniture from Beliani, but we still haven’t received it due to their awful delivery partner, BFT. We were home during both scheduled delivery windows. Both times, BFT claimed we weren't there, despite having our phone number and the direct intercom code. To make matters worse, when we called BFT, the representative completely refused to speak English and was entirely unhelpful. We have both called and emailed Beliani to resolve this, but they have failed to fix the issue. Hopefully, we will actually receive our order one day!

Still waiting for our furnitures to arrive
We ordered a bed frame, a sofa, a table, and six chairs from Beliani on April 19th. Today is June 3rd, and none of the items have arrived.
To make matters worse, we received misleading information from customer service regarding the delivery timeline. Because of this misinformation, we had to host guests without a table or chairs. We are expecting more guests in the next two weeks and still have no table, chairs, or sofa.
The lack of communication, inaccurate information, and excessive delays have been extremely frustrating. Had I known we would be treated this poorly, I would never have ordered anything from Beliani.
I cannot recommend Beliani based on this experience.
