Excellent Sofa- Long Delivery Time
I was initially disappointed because my sofa took longer to arrive than expected, and I found the wait frustrating. However, now that it has arrived, I can honestly say it was worth the wait.
The sofa is excellent quality, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. The customer service was also awesome—they were helpful and made sure everything was sorted out. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the sofa and the service, and I would happily recommend them.

The color wasn't very accurate but the quality!!
The color wasn't very accurate, I order a darker brown but it's quite light, but the quality it's so good!! The sofa looks amazing and I'm very satisfied with my order

Happy but long delivery
Overall happy with the service & product that arrived. I did wish that the delivery was quicker, which is why I’m not giving 5 stars. Waited about 2-3 weeks, so if you’re in a hurry maybe shop somewhere else. Apart from that super happy with everything!

The product quality is good - Delivery was bad
The product quality is good, but the delivery took way too long. It was promised to be a 10 business days delivery, but I recieved the package after 21 business days and the online support was very poor at responding.

Vi modtog ekstra mange ordrer at skulle levere ud her inden sommerferien. Vi gjorde dog hvad vi kunne, om at alle leveringerne ville tage sted så hurtigt, som overhovedet muligt.

8‑day delivery instead of 72 hours
I ordered based on the information that delivery would take up to 72 hours. My order arrived after 8 days (192 hours), which was a significant delay. However, the delivery guy was very kind and professional. The product is good, but the company should improve their delivery time.

Overall good product and experience so far
My son’s bed was very easy to assemble, nothing was missing, instructions were clear. After using the bed for over 2 weeks now, we have no reservations. Saw many people were commenting on the delivery timeline - i didn’t see that as an issue.
