Very good product of fine quality. Quick delivery

Never had a worse experience. Ordered a vanity table and 90% of the parts didn't arrive. After they sent the package again, 90% of the parts were still missing. They didn't send enough return labels when returning. Avoid in a wide circle.

I bought 2 mattresses, and they didn't fit unfortunately. So now I am using my 30 days return right. BUT... The return labels you sent me are not working, so they won't receive my return package at the parcel shop to send it back. The QR code you made, is not working. Therefore you suggested to arrange a collection of my return, I've been waiting 5 days and you keep telling me to wait longer for the driver to arrive. And five different people are answering my emails from your customer service, so I'm honestly quite confused. I think it is weird to write that you as customer get 30 days right of return, and then having such issues with returning them.

I liked that the delivery was quick and free. The instructions to assemble were fine too. I am happy to find exactly the size I was looking for to fit nicely in my window. The only problem I have is the quality of the product. It won't last long. The drawers are essentially made of cardboard covered with cloth, not real wood. Only the front facade is wooden board which is not finished very well so it does look cheap.

Easy purchase and super quick delivery. Nice product overall, but not five stars in quality. However price and quality matched very well.

I’ve made 2 orders, and one of them got lost. I wrote to them about it and they answered fast, polite and fixed the problem without hesitation.
Super good service, fast delivery- only took 2 days, and I ordered a child bed with drawers and madras.
And last of it, very fine products to a good price!

I unfortunately ordered the wrong item. But my package arrived very quickly. And they responded to my email very quickly to return it. Costumer service are very responsible and care about the customer.its very good company.

It was broken I even have a picture I feel like I put my money in trash the table was broken but the miror was fine

I am disappointed because I ordered a make up table for my daughter and I didn’t get all the parts , like from the pictures and from the description . When I asked about the shelves from the left and right side, they said they were not included.
Quality is good, but you don’t get what you ordered.

The package never arrived. Will get a refund but this is disappointing. The customerservice is reachable and helpful though.

Incorrect attitude towards the customer: First: The order was late, not from the courier. Second: The kitchen buffet was not fully assembled. Some parts are missing - back of the cabinet, bottom of the drawer. Since 20.5 I made a complaint online and I am still waiting for a response from the company. I do not recommend it to you, difficult feedback and communication.

I ordered a coffee table from Ok living, and it arrived 4 days later. I am obsessed with it, and it was very easy to assemble👍🏽 10/10

Long waiting time and when i have received at the end i have received only one package and still now waiting for the another one and i dont know either when it will come.its very annoying

I bought a house bed for my daughter and when I was about to assemble it I discovered there was a manufacturing defect and I was sent a new one and was allowed to keep the old one (great service) if there wasn't a defect on it too.... well, I managed to assemble the bed as I was able to take some parts from the first bed, so if you want a whole bed from there, I would probably recommend buying 2 pieces.🤦🏽‍♀️

The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I expected a bit more solid wood construction. It’s quite lightweight, but still looks great and I’m very happy with it overall
