The delivery took too long, from the order day. Other than that I had no issues.

The product was in good quality and nice. But I had issues with shipping as they sent me wrong pieces for the table and that was not so pleasant.

Instore service perfect also warehouse payment gateway failed a number of times this lost point.

Nimara cancelled my order and refunded me the money, so I bought from a different shop and then 2/3 weeks later they take my money with no warning and send me my package. No longer needed so will return

​I am writing regarding my recent delivery. The agreement was for the furniture to be delivered to my street-level door, but the driver left it in the parking lot instead.
​Honestly, what is the meaning of paying 400kr for a delivery service if the items are only going to be left in the parking lot? Leaving them there was unacceptable and did not match the service promised.
​I expect this feedback to be taken seriously.

The products were as expected which is nice. But it was 1 month before they could ship and there was no notice on that. Would have chosen another product if I knew

I bought a rocking chair that was advertised as a very good and comfortable one. I just received it and set it up and it’s the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever tried and definitely not what I was expecting. I can’t breastfeed here or spend more that 5 minutes it’s as sitting on the floor.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Nimara. The products themselves are great quality, but the customer service and delivery process were very disappointing.

I ordered a table, wall panels, and one extra thing. I also paid extra for weekend delivery because I work during weekdays and specifically needed the order delivered on a Saturday. After placing the order, I noticed a message saying delivery could take a few days, but I still received a confirmation email and expected updates afterward. However, I heard absolutely nothing for over a week.

I finally had to contact customer service myself, only to find out that the wall panels were on pre-order and that they planned to ship everything together much later. Nobody informed me about this beforehand, and nobody asked whether I would prefer to receive the table first and wait for the panels separately. They simply delayed the entire order without communication.

I requested that the shipment be split so the table could be delivered first. Unfortunately, I had to follow up multiple times... I called once, and my boyfriend also had to contact them. Only after the third contact, and after I mentioned that I would otherwise cancel the order, did they finally send the table.

To be fair, the table itself is beautiful and excellent quality. I am genuinely very happy with the product.

The panels were another frustrating experience. I understood they were pre-order items, but again, communication was very unclear. I was only told vague estimates about when they “might” arrive. Then one random day I suddenly received an email saying they would be delivered during a normal working day, despite the fact that I had paid for weekend delivery. Luckily my boyfriend happened to be home to receive them, otherwise I would have missed the delivery completely.

Overall, the products are lovely and high quality, but the lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to respect the paid delivery option made the experience unnecessarily stressful.

I received products fast, only after 2 days I had ordered 😊
The notice of delivery, driver and everything else were so well.
And I am satisfied with the quality of items 😊

I purchased a table advertised on both the DBA and Nimara websites, with photos clearly showing the extended version. However, the item arrived without the extension, it was listed as an outlet piece due to broken packaging.

When I contacted support, I was deeply disappointed by their response. First, a bot replied that no extension was included and I would get assistance from an agent to find possible solutions. In the receipt was true that it appears without extensions. When I followed up asking for solutions whether I could purchase the extension separately or find an alternative a staff member simply stated "extension is not included, kind regards", something that the bot already pointed out. I continue asking how could I buy the extensions and the answer is “Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase them separately” with no further assistance.

Additionally, the table has a different appearance than advertised. The colour still looks nice and this difference wouldn't be a major issue, but combined with the missing extension, it adds to my overall discomfort. The website shows a dark mahogany-brown with warm undertones, but the actual table delivered is a dark greyish-ochre finish with an ashy appearance. These are not the same finish

Without the extension, I have a basic round table with limited functionality and a finish that doesn't match the advertised product at all. This experience reflects poorly on both product representation and customer service standards. Support demonstrated no effort to resolve the issue or engage with customer concerns. I cannot recommend this retailer.

I'm giving it four stars because I ordered acoustic panels with self-collection. With this type of delivery, you pay an additional 100 kroner for "preparing" the order. Once there, the warehouseman didn't bother to drive the pallet closer to the loading area, so I had to carry the packages myself. Everything else—price, contact, and product accuracy—is highly recommended.
