Had a great experience with the website! Ordered 4 dining chairs and when I received them one of the chairs had a little bit of extra fabric on the back. It wasn’t anything very bad, but I reached out to customer service. They responded almost immediately and sent me an additional replacement chair for the faulty one. Such great customer service - they resolved this quickly and really efficiently. :)
Also, the chairs themselves are very high quality, nice design and overall a great product. Will definitely buy again!
