⚠️ Think twice before buying from Fruugo!
We purchased a water dispenser through Fruugo, but unfortunately, the product arrived damaged and was of very poor quality. We immediately wanted to return it.
However, we were asked to pay approximately 1,000 DKK for return shipping. We contacted Fruugo and explained the situation, clearly stating that we wanted a refund. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they suggested that we repair the damaged product ourselves.
Why should customers have to repair a product that arrived broken?
We repeatedly explained that we did not want to repair it and simply wanted to return it and get our money back.
The worst part is that more than a month has passed, and Fruugo has stopped responding to our emails.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience. We expected customer service and a fair solution, but instead we have been left without proper assistance.
My advice to everyone: Be very careful before ordering from Fruugo. Check the return policy and shipping costs before purchasing.
We are sharing our experience because we don’t want other customers to go through the same frustrating situation.
Very disappointing customer service and a shopping experience we would not recommend.

Received a different item than advertised and very bad return policy
I ordered from Fruugo an item marked as a table for table tennis with all the dimensions and the pictures for of the item. After two weeks, I received a cover for table tennis table instead. There is nothing in the ad that says I am only buying the cover. Sure, that can be useful, but the huge amount, the same price of what other suppliers sell for the same table does not justify paying the same amount for the cover. The return policy is very shady and Fruugo seem to indicate that it can be returned but the process is much more complicated and there's big risk you will not get your money back at all if the supplier does not confirm that they have received the item back. If its only possible to give negative star rating, I will. Plus, on the site itself, you will not be able to warn others not to purchase the same item. I feel bad for people buying from this site. Search engines should ban the site. I will revise my rating if I receive my money back.

Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them! Total scam and zero customer support.
I bought an item from Frugo, but they sent me the wrong product. I tried to contact their customer support three times to solve this issue, but they completely ignored me. They refuse to reply to my messages, they will not allow me to return the wrong item, and they refuse to refund my money. This website is a total nightmare.
