Wouldn’t buy again
The initial product I got was overpriced and missing parts.
The service department were extremely helpful and supportive. So the 3 stars are for them 😊
However I still think the quality of the smoker is poor. And even though replaced, the thermometer isn’t remotely accurate which means I have to use an external one.
I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.
