We’re sorry to hear that the parcel was delivered to the wrong collection point. It can happen that the chosen collection point is full, in which case PostNL will select another collection point nearby.
Unfortunately, once the parcel leaves our premises, we no longer have any control over what happens next with the carrier. Normally, you should have received a message from the carrier regarding this. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and will take your feedback on board.

Next day delivery is a lie
Agreed with previous comments on next day delivery being a total lie. Ordered for 1.000 euro's here because of their quick delivery clearly written at the product page. When we found out the delay we wanted to cancel, but not possible (isn't this against the law?) due to the order 'was too far in proces' which is another total scam. Because I had to take a day off for delivery next day, and the day after and the day after that. Finally, five days later and I see the truck driver literally tossing around our huge boxes on the street. Luckily no damages, just a couple of additional days off. So lesson learned, one time but never again. Only written this because of the several emails and whatsapp messages bagging for reviews. Maybe also slow down a bit on this spamming frequency.
Addition: now the system is saying this is a review without invitation which is another lie, I used the link provided.

I see that the order was shipped a day later than expected. Our apologies for this! Unfortunately, it took over the weekend, but it was delivered on Monday, if I am not mistaken.
However, we understand that it is very inconvenient to have to take days off for this.

I has difficulty with a part which was ordered. I ordered the wrong part as many variations were possible and my mechanic didn't know which to order. Unfortunately my mechanic fell ill and the part lying for 5 weeks before he discovered it was the wrong part. Winparts customer service and knowledge coupled with a great deal of patience helped me finally get the parts I needed and as a goodwill gesture allowed a return of the wrong part that I ordered. I could not speak highly enough of their patience and professionalism. I will absolutely be a returning customer. Paul Devenny.

The oil filter i ordered is too big for my BMW 316i compact 1994. I find it disappointing that the system puts a green line on parts which are just not good for the car.

How unfortunate that you have this experience with us. Our compatibility tool works great, but it can make a mistake sometimes. It is not always able to see the difference between the regular model and the facelift. Some parts only fit the face lift or the regular model which can sometimes result in ordering the wrong one. When a part is specific to a variant, there will always be a construction year specification in the product specifications. Make sure to check this before your order.
You also mentioned that you don't know how to return the part. I have sent you an e-mail about this with instructions.

Delivery issue
I ordered stuff 11.05.2026 and day after I recieved email that its delivered while it’s wasn’t. When I contacted via WhastApp, an employee told me that postnl (probably) left my package somewhere around the house… or at neighbors. In the email stands that package was delivered to my address at 14:06 while I’m working till 16:00. Currently is 18.05.2026 and still nobody know where is my package.
