Delivery issue
I ordered stuff 11.05.2026 and day after I recieved email that its delivered while it’s wasn’t. When I contacted via WhastApp, an employee told me that postnl (probably) left my package somewhere around the house… or at neighbors. In the email stands that package was delivered to my address at 14:06 while I’m working till 16:00. Currently is 18.05.2026 and still nobody know where is my package.

I am very sorry to hear that you haven't received your package yet and that you experienced this issue with the delivery and our WhatsApp service. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have.
I would love to sort this out for you immediately, but unfortunately, I cannot find your order based on your review details. As soon as we receive your email, we will dive straight into this to find out what happened with PostNL and make sure this gets resolved for you.
