I ordered there because they had the best deal and good reviews. One of my article came damaged, I got a return bon within an hour on a Saturday! On Tuesday I got a voucher for the amount of the article.

Great thing about using the voucher and not a bank transfer is that my voucher included free delivery, which is nice...

Waarom was het een goede ervaring? Omdat Cédric en collega zeer vriendelijk en vakkundig te werk gingen.
Wat heeft het bedrijf prima gedaan? Rolluikreparatie begon gelijk, had alle onderdelen bij zich en zelf wat extra onderdelen die nodig waren.
Naast alle vakkundigheid en goed voorbereide werkzaamheden, waren Cédric en zijn collega van Rolluikreparatie.com zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

I ordered houtkorrel formy cat's litterbox, 6 bags. 3 Bags came broken with the box full of lose houtkorrel... I wrote to Brekz who is AWARE of the problem of the packaging for this product. But YET fails to assume their responsabilities! If they know they break easily they have to handle with care! But NO, no money back at all, no excuses, just a miserable 5% Off of a next order that will never happen. I asked them if they had insurance for those problems, they never dignified me with an answer.
Beware and stay away from this shop. I ordered a lot in the past but never again.
