Almost 1 month, no item
On the 14th of June I bought some item at the shop. Never got it. First, they said, it was lost in transportation, and asked do I want my money back, or they can send another one. I chose new item. Still nothing, now they just politely say, they will find out where is my item, doesn't sent me the tracking number, maybe there is no another item? So, big no from me.
After silence for a few days, they came back to me, and on 9th july I got my parcel. I guess, that they forgot to send the new item, but now i have it. Stil very unsatisfied with communication. Thanks for item eventually

well this is a very short version of your story i see,
Like i told you when we talkd on the phone 12/08, i had not received any bank payments from you like you wrote in your mails, and kept claiming on the first 5 min of our phone call. what i found out you had made payment on our website wich you had claimd you where unable to do.
after i found that out, i was able to find your payment and had your order shipd the day after that was yesterday 13/08. when it will arrive is out of my hands.
further more, you wrote to me 27/5 to ask if we could send to turkey, and next few month we spent on you telling us you did not want to pay the price and wanted a discount, and you tried makeing 3 different orders to see if you could get it cheaper by doing so,
If you make an order whit us again, make sure you know how you pay, and dont spend months arguing about the cost of shipping to turkey, then it will arrive much faster.

it is true that our supplier made a mistake on delievery, that very much delayd the shipment.
But that you say we did nothing is not true, you have been in contact whit us, and we did respond as fast as posible, and we did everything we could to have a new item shipd out to you,
I know it took alot longer then it was supposed to, and for that i am sorry, but dont say we didnt respond.

It is true our wesite says in stock, but you have to check what store they are in stock in.
In stock means it is in stock at our main warehouse,
So that is the reason.
But i can see you order date was 29/02 and the items was delievered in the store 04/03, so counting work days thats 2 days after your order date,
