Took almost 2 months to deliver my vacuum
My vacuum was supposed to be delivered in 5 days , ended up waiting for 6-7 weeks. Had to wait 45 minutes on hold just to get through to their customer service . Stay away!

I bought a bike lock from them
I bought a bike lock from them, and the RFID function stopped working; it can now only be locked and unlocked with the key. I sent a video of the issue, and they want the lock back to inspect it. Since the bike is my only means of transport right now, leaving it unlocked is out of the question. I suggested buying a new lock and sending the old one back for a refund, but apparently, that goes against their policy. Poor customer service.
