Watch it. They will con you. They advertise Panasonic heat pump as 7.5KW when it is only 3.5 KW. They are not the only ones doing it. You may think you buy model 35 but you only get model 25 and you are paying 2000Kr more than other vendors.

Just when you think you’ve heard it all, someone can still surprise you with accusations :-)
The 7.5 kW stated for the Panasonic heat pump refers to the maximum heating capacity:

It is completely standard practice to present it this way. In the product description, we clearly state both the nominal capacity and the maximum capacity when the temperature drops below -25°C.
So no, the detailed product information is there precisely to inform our customers, so they don’t overlook anything or feel misled.
And of course, it’s great for you if you can find the same product cheaper elsewhere :-)

Iam very happy for the way company is running.
Orderd granit kitchen sink, but unfortunatelly it came with little crack on the surface.
When i claimed return because of damaged item, I have been very surprised of how fast things went. Big thanks to Oliver in kundesupport who immediatelly ordered new sink to be shipped to me, and also thanks to Linda who managed to ship the new sink to me the same day, in the evening.
Next day morning i had replacement sink, without any problems or dents and now it is on its place in the kitchen.
Absolutely the best customer service and solution i propably experienced so far.
Deffinitely i have to recommend the webshop and company with great behaviours.

One item not available
I have placed two orders, the first one was delivered in 2 days and everything was ok. But for the second one, it turned out that the item was not available in stock and they could not tell when would have been available again. Unfortunately I needed the item and could not wait. Customer service was anyway very helpful and fast in replying.

Received wrong toilet seat
I ordered toilet seat according to manufacturer's (Lavabo) product id. I received a seat from a different company (Haro) which didn't match the toilet - the bolts were too long, toilet seat was too short, and the white shade was different from the original (and the toilet itself). I attached detailed pictures to my reclamation, but the only response I got was that I installed it incorrectly with links to videos. I followed the videos with the same result (obviously...). I tried to return the seat, but was told that it cannot be returned, because it was installed (I sent the pictures to completvvs...).
