I ordered a couple of LED Light panels
I ordered a couple of LED Light panels, with corresponding mounting frame and drivers.
I get an order confirmation but then after a couple of days they inform me that the LED panels are out of production, so we end up canceling the order.
But then they send the mounting frames and drivers anyway and tell me that I will have to pay for the return transportation.
Then they simple start ghosting me, and do not respond on any of my messages despite multiple attempts.
Terrible service.

After placing the order with the supplier, we were informed that the delivery date had been postponed.
We will of course ship as soon as we receive the product ourselves, and otherwise you are always welcome to cancel the order if you cannot wait for the item.

Lack of Service and Unresolved Delivery Issues
I’m quite surprised by how limited the support and service from Lavpris has been. It’s also disappointing to receive two promotional emails - and even a request to leave a Trustpilot review - on the very same day that I submitted a support ticket about a missing item.
This item was ordered weeks ago, a week ago marked as “shipped,” yet Fragtman never picked it up, and it is now over a week late. Because of this, the VVS work could not be completed.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lavpris unless you are absolutely certain nothing will go wrong - because once it does, there is essentially no one to talk to.

Hi Linas, we are sorry that you have not been satisfied with shopping with us or with the service you have received. When an item has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, but no further updates appear with the carrier, it is typically a sign that the shipment has been lost.
You are more than welcome to contact our customer service department so they can track down where the package is. In our terms and conditions, we also encourage customers not to book appointments with tradespeople and similar before they have the goods in hand, precisely to protect against unforeseen delays.
So yes, there are plenty of communication options, and we are also happy to help when we are made aware of any issues.
Regarding the review requests for your order, those are automatically generated by our IT system and do not take into account any inquiries you may have made to us during the same period.
