Easy ordering process & very quick communication that order was ready for collection. I like that you get 2 weeks to collect your order. Easy to collect. Staff very friendly at Ashington Northumberland branch. Product GT85 400ml was also at a very fair price compared to other suppliers.

No order received.
Ordered online on Saturday evening. Received message Sunday morning to say order was ready to be collected. Went to collect and they said they hadn’t been able to find the goods to fulfill my order. They offered to order the goods in to get the next day or issue a refund. I took a refund and went elsewhere.

I have had many previous great…
I have had many previous great experiences with TS. But the last one was rather disappointing. I ordered two items. It said one will be in 15min, one next business day. So I decided to wait for both so I don’t have to walk a long way twice. Next day I got an email it was now dispatched via Royal Mail. 🤔 so I now walk to the store to pick up one item believing that the other was getting delivered. Staff was a bit awkward, but handed me the item eventually. I get home waiting for the other one. Get another message it was now ready to collect at store!!! Why mislead by giving Royal Mail tracking if it’s to store. But other than that I have always used them and got great service and product quality and range.
