I booked an appointment with Adam Wells in Leicester, who was supposed to have a look at my kitchen and help draw up a design for this. He called on the phone, and what I got from the conversation was someone who was not really helpful. He later came to the property and then said that if there is a parking restriction, he would be leaving. He left without helping me with my kitchen. I am very disappointed and will be using Selco instead

Made an appoimtment for a design consultation at my dad's flat. Drove almost 2 hours to be there. No one showed up, no one picked up the phone when i called and now i'm getting emails thanking me for being present at a design consulation that never occurred.

Massive thank you to Wickes Chadwell Heath for providing us with metal shelving units to help get our storage space better organised. Getting the support for our youth centre from local businesses means a great deal to us. An amazing programme Wickes have in place - Wickes Community Programme, WCP Chadwell Heath.

I had a great experience with Wickes Hemel Hempstead from start to finish. The kitchen design process was smooth and the final kitchen looks fantastic.

A special thank you to Deepa who was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the project She made the whole process straightforward and was always happy to answer my questions.

I would definitely recommend Wickes Hemel Hempstead to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

They didnt turn up, had no contact on the day to say they wasnt coming and then had an email the next day saying thank you for the appointment.

I was served by Anna at the Northampton Riverside store, Anna went above and beyond to help me purchase a new kitchen, she was extremely helpful professional with excellent customer service skills. A totally stress free experience

I've bought hundreds of items from Wickes over many years, and my experience has generally been good. However, I'll probably never have anything delivered from them again because they use a delivery company called XDP, and they're hopeless. Their tracking system doesn't work, they don't deliver when they say they will, and it's impossible to have any kind of communication with them. To be honest, getting to speak to Wickes when things go wrong isn't much easier.

Conrad was amazing help today, we wanted some advice for decorating a room. He showed us everything we needed. Very clear and friendly!

I delivered stock to Nottingham North branch and I was met by very friendly staff, beginning with yardman Ben K. and other lady I don't know the name of. When I was let in to use a toilet I walked by another friendly lady carrying stock and another one by the till. I wish all customer experience was so smiley like this one. Keep it up.

Tony in the swindon branch was so helpful. He helped me find everything I needed. Pushed my trolly and lifted everything and also loaded into my car for me. He was very friendly and chatty which made everything easier as its nice to go shopping and have a friendly person to talk to. Nice one Tony. Thanks

Dealt with Caitlin. Never been to this store before so didn't know where to look but Caitlin told us straightaway which aisle to go to and was spot on. Very friendly and polite. Will definitely use this store again.

I order pratically every week from wickes
Never received a order that should have been delivered waited a week.had to still pay my contracter. contacted the ealing store and have spoken to the manager serveral times. He offered me compensation .customer service have said twice they have sent . and calling me a liar ..this is 3 weeks later still have not received
Customer services in south africa are appalling . I really dont understand you buy items in good faith and they are not providing a adequate service.disgusted with them.

Terrible customer service.

We bought a lawn mower from Wickes in November 2025. It worked for only about two weeks before it developed a fault and had to be repaired. Recently, it stopped working altogether, so we sent it to Genpower for another repair.

Despite the mower having been faulty almost from the beginning, we are now being charged for both the repair and the shipping. To make matters worse, we've been told they will keep the mower if we don't pay.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I will never use Wickes again.

Karen Byrne made our Wickes experience such a breath of fresh air. She designed the perfect kitchen/diner/media wall for our home.
Always professional yet a great personal touch. Her experience echoed out and her passion and energy was inspiring. Even the follow up on issues was outstanding.
This is our 3rd kitchen purchase from Wickes for our houses and have been very satisfied with the service and outcome. Thank you Karen!

Katie was our designated designer for our new kitchen and supported us throughout the end to end process! Katie was incredibly friendly, informative and responsed very promptly via email. Our design was carefully created and Katie listened and offered advice along the way, she was extremely knowledgeable about different materials and made recommendations throughout the design process.

We are so happy with our new kitchen and the service that we received. We would HIGHLY recommend using Katie as your Design Consultant!

Richard was helpful very knowledgeable and helped our Bathroom plan and gave us a true visual of what we wanted

Great staff

Attended today to purchase some flooring. I wasn't sure on exactly how many boxes I would need. I spoke with a member of staff who identified herself as Faz. Faz took me to her desk in the kitchen design area. I gave her my floor measurements, she quickly came back with the required packs required for my task.
