Good furniture but worst delivery service.
Good furniture but worst delivery service.
Once the delivery comes too late i missed my job and 2nd delivery the driver left on parking.
Such a shame on them!!!!

We had reclamation and they sent a men to see bed that we pay 15 000 kr and it isn’t like he should be (it’s uncomfortable and too hard for sleeping) and we haven’t get any help or even answer. I will never buy anything there and I don’t recommend Ilva.dk if you don’t want have headaches from them!

Friendly Staff
The seller, a tall brunette in Aalborg SV was so kind and helpful! She spent time with us while we were trying to decide on the right furniture and she helped with all questions we had while she maintained a kind and friendly tone! Kudos to her and now we are waiting for our custom made sofa to arrive, we would love to have it earlier though :( it was very surprising they need 8 weeks for sending it to us

The team in the shop was partly…
The team in the shop was partly supportive. we agreed the pickup for the following day so that the team has enough time to pack the bed. When I arrived the next day the bed was not packed and I basically did most of the work myself. Furthermore, I was told I will also receive the invoice via mail. Haven’t received it yet. The executing employee at the day of pickup seemed super low on energy and not really engaged. Maybe check in with him, if he is doing okay.
Apart from that, I like my bed and hope it remains that way over the next months.

Delivery service not what expected
I had fantastic experience in the store. But was surprised by the delivery. I had paid to have delivered to my house, which I expected to be delivered inside. To my surprise he only dropped it at the end of the driveway and said it would have cost more to get delivered inside. The package was very heavy and I have a disability.
