I received a broken mirror not once, but twice! And while I understand that accidents happen and it’s not necessarily the company’s fault, but the belgian post, I am still entitled to a refund. At first, customer service seemed polite and helpful, but that didn’t last long. Soon they just stopped replying to my emails, pretending not to have received them at all. Every time I reached out again, they asked me to send pictures, over and over;even though I had already sent them two times ( a link to the pictures that i have uploaded)! It felt like they were just trying to wear me down until I gave up.

So please, learn from my mistake. Do not buy from this company. You’ll lose your money if the product arrives broken.

I bought a rattan decorative tray - a bit more robust than I thought but very pretty. Delivery was fast. Very happy.

I ordered a carpet about three months ago. When it showed damages (pulled threads and color changes) two months after purchasing I contacted the customer service (pulled threads and color changes) They have been extremely unhelpful and have so far not decided to agree to my return request (despite the legal protection) they claim it is my own fault for not caring for the product properly which is untrue and they have no reason to believe I did anything wrong. After I sent an email for the first time they said they would get back to me within three days after two weeks I still hadn't heard anything and had to contact them again. Also when I called the support number the employee was very rude, interrupted me multiple times only to tell me I gave to send an email and they can't help me. I am really quite disappointed.

I think this website has the best quality for reasonable prices! I ordered a bed for 289 Euro. Everyone saw my bed has to ask where I got it from. I even ordered the same bed but different colour for my sister and she loved it!

Absolute rubbish. I have had to return one of their product. They did not refund back the full amount. 3 months already.

I very much like this company, I like the style of most of their products and their customer service is excellent which is not always the case here in Germany. I once had a little problem with one of my orders (wrong product dispatched) but it was immediately dealt with, money refunded, correct product sent and I did not have to hang on to the end of an automated answering system which drives me mad.
Great company, high quality products, good service.

I bought a red metal sideboard from Beliani. Absolutely perfect! The packaging was great, not a single scratch when it arrived, the delivery time was great , within less than 5 working days and above all, the quality of sideboard, smashing.
