I ordered a wall lamp a few weeks ago - it took them 3 weeks, but otherwise the product is fair.
Only Bemol was on the delivery - they left it in the hall downstairs, on the floor, while there is no reception and marked it as delivered via signature. Luckily, no one took it.

Terrible Company
Terrible Company.
I would definitely not recommend it. I ordered a sofa more than a month ago, it was supposed to arrive two weeks ago, still I haven't received it and customer service doesn't take responsibility of the delay. They just postponed the delivery date several times and missed all of them.

Terrible delivery, damaged goods, terrible service.
I have ordered four items from this website. Only one item was delivered on time but it was damaged. The other three items are delayed well past the initial delivery estimate given and it is seemingly impossible to get any idea on when these items will be delivered. Terrible delivery, damaged goods when they do get delivered and terrible service. Avoid.

Sofa ruined , misleading solution
I bought a sofe/bed from them and in less than 2 years, it has sunken. I contacted them and they said they would send someone to fix it and if i am not happy with the solution they would do something else( which was a lie)
The guy came after over a month and fixed the couch and in less than 3 months, the couch sunk again and it was not secured so a wire got loose and made a hole in the bed extention . I contacted again and they said its not in the warranty anymore, i kept explaining that this is a complaint that has started before the warrant ended and they promised a solution if i am not happy.
It seems that they only prolonged the fix so it would go out of warranty and they wont have to deal with it.
Extremely misleading, I wouldn’t recommend at all

€900 Furniture Was Impossible to Assemble
Warning: Avoid this shop. We ordered furniture for €900, but we could not put it together because the drill holes were missing. Customer service refused to take the furniture back or send a replacement. In the end, we had to pay to dispose of it as bulky waste. This is a scandal and a waste of resources. How can this happen?
