I am currently going through a terrible situation with home24. I ordered a table in March, it was never delivered, then after many, many messages, I have been told I will get a refund, but when? 3 months later I still don't have any information, I hope they give me my money back.

Paid 900 EUR got no order
We paid 900 EUR for an item via Paypal. The amount was deducted from our account, but the order was not created and we got no confirmation. When trying to contact them about it, they expect to send an order number in the form that we don't have... Something like this should not happen in 2026. I guess I will order from Amazon next time. I have just probably wasted hours of my time ordering from this website.
