Ihre Schilderung bedauern wir zutiefst, und es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass Sie nach einer angekündigten Lieferzeit von drei bis fünf Wochen rund 14 Wochen vergeblich auf Ihre Bestellung warten mussten – und Ihre Kinder in dieser Zeit auf dem Boden schlafen mussten. Eine derart belastende Situation – noch dazu ohne jede proaktive Information unsererseits – entspricht in keiner Weise dem Anspruch, den wir an unsere Arbeit stellen. Dass Sie sich jeden Statusupdate selbst erfragen mussten und am Ende gezwungen waren, anderswo neu zu bestellen, bedauern wir aufrichtig, und dafür möchten wir uns ausdrücklich entschuldigen. Es freut uns immerhin, dass die Rückerstattung mittlerweile bei Ihnen eingegangen ist – auch wenn dies den entstandenen Aufwand und die Zeit, in der Ihre Familie ohne ein passendes Bett auskommen musste, in keiner Weise wettmacht. Ihre Schilderung bedauern wir zutiefst, und es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass Sie nach Ihrer Bestellung am 16. Februar bis heute – also seit über dreieinhalb Monaten – weder Ihr Bett noch eine verlässliche Auskunft erhalten haben. Eine angekündigte Lieferzeit von vier bis sechs Wochen, die sich derart drastisch verlängert, sowie ausbleibende Rückmeldungen auf Ihre Rückerstattungsanfrage entsprechen in keiner Weise dem Anspruch, den wir an unsere Arbeit stellen. Auch wiederholte Hinweise auf eine angeblich noch ausstehende Klärung mit dem Hersteller dürfen nicht zum Dauerzustand werden, und dafür möchten wir uns ausdrücklich entschuldigen. Wir möchten Ihren Vorgang nun persönlich übernehmen, sowohl den tatsächlichen Status der Bestellung als auch Ihre Rückerstattungsanfrage mit Nachdruck und auf höchster Ebene klären. Bitte melden Sie sich direkt bei unserem Kundenservice mit Ihrer Bestellnummer und einer Telefonnummer für einen persönlichen Rückruf – wir kümmern uns mit der gebotenen Dringlichkeit darum, dass Sie endlich Klarheit und entweder Ihr Bett oder die vollständige Rückerstattung erhalten.
