The table looks very nice as expected
The table looks very nice as expected. Easy to install. Easy to clean. But it is not very stable. When my cat jump on one side of the table, the table top tip on one side, and the whole table wabbled. I dont know how to make it more stable, so minus 2 stars.

They sent me the wrong item and do not organise a pickup
They sent me the wrong item. When I requested an exchange they just sent me a shipping label. I have contacted them per email many times requesting to organise a pickup from my apartment. The shelf is over 30kg and I physically can not carry it to the post office. No one answers my emails. The phone number listed on the website is disconnected. I would recommend to avoid ordering from this company.

I never received my package and had try to contact the costumer service but only AI is replying.... and still know one contacted me. cancelation is not possible anymore as it was sent, but when I check the tracking number there is no update and it looks like it is still not picked up from Hermes.

Long order processing, but happy end:-)
The processing of my order took two weeks. I was worried if it’s ever going to be shipped. But it was and then it took 4 days to arrive. The post called one day before and then one hour before delivery and everything was fine. The panels look really good. But i didn’t unpacked them fully yet, just looked into one box. But seems great. For the price it’s really worth it!

I purchased acoustic from Nimara, the product was very well priced in comparison to competitors. The website was easy to shop from, the product arrived safely.
One thing, I felt the shipping was expensive due to being a 2 man delivery service. However, Nimara slected a top rate delivery serivce who had exceptional service, so the delivery cost could be justified with hassle free and incredibly freindly delievery guys.
Would recommend 100% their acoustic panels, easy to cut and install.
I had to request a VAT invoice, however, this was produced quickly - would use again.

The delivery took about a week longer than originally announced, so some delays are to be expected. Otherwise all went smoothly, we got a call about 1 hour before delivery and we were able to reschedule in case the suggested date and time did not work for us.

My experience with Nimara's customer…
My experience with Nimara's customer service was very disappointing.
I initially contacted them because my chair was defective. Since the original model was no longer available, they offered a similar replacement, which I accepted.
Unfortunately, the replacement arrived with the wrong parts, making it impossible to assemble, and several wooden parts were already damaged. After several emails, they eventually sent another replacement chair, which I appreciate. However, it was not identical to the original as promised.
I asked if they could simply send me the **one missing part** from the first shipment so I could make use of the otherwise perfectly good parts instead of throwing them away. They refused without offering any alternative.
I then asked for a return label so I could send back the unusable wooden parts they had mistakenly sent. Instead of replying to that request, they ignored it and sent me a customer satisfaction survey.
A single replacement part would have prevented unnecessary waste. I still hope Nimara will either send the missing part or arrange collection of the unusable parts they sent by mistake. Until then, I cannot recommend Nimara based on my experience.

Individual components for this model are unfortunately not available separately. For this reason, we were unable to send only the requested part and instead fulfilled the claim by providing a complete replacement chair.
We regret that your request concerning the remaining parts was not answered clearly enough. Please contact us once more so that we can arrange the appropriate handling or collection of any unusable components.

Paid for Home Delivery, Received ParcelShop Pickup Instead
Very disappointing experience. The advertised delivery time was 2–3 business days, but I had to wait for more than a week for my order. The biggest problem, however, was the delivery itself. I paid for home delivery, but the courier never delivered the furniture to my address. Instead, the parcels were left at a ParcelShop, even though they are large and heavy items that I cannot transport myself. When I contacted customer service, they did not offer a satisfactory solution and simply referred me back to the courier. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the delivery process and the lack of effective customer support. I would definitely not order from this company again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Your order was handed over to GLS on 16.07. According to the tracking, a delivery attempt was made on 21.07, but the parcel could not be delivered because no one was available at the address. The parcel was then taken to a ParcelShop and was later marked as delivered on 22.07.
We understand that this was inconvenient, especially with a larger item, and we regret that the delivery did not go as expected. Your feedback regarding the carrier and the handling of the shipment is taken seriously.
