My initial order didn't havee all the parts, and when we contacted Pamo they sent the parts free of charge in a couple days.

Great quality - looks good in my bathroom!

I’ve been incredibly impressed with PAMO . From the moment I ordered to the after care service and product. Some of my shelves arrived damaged (couriers fault - package was open). PAMO were quick to send replacement parts. They are extremely friendly and efficient! The quality of materials is excellent and our open wardrobe shelving units look fantastic! Giving us lots of extra space in the awkward small rooms we have. Angie is just brilliant - what a valuable member of staff you have there …. We will be ordering again 😊

My order was extremely damaged and missing pieces and no one is getting back to me. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will never order from this company again. BEWARE

Looks decent, but not that stable.

The product is excellent and shipping was seamless. We had to exchange one of our items for another and Angie was incredibly helpful walking me through the process for timely resolution. I highly recommend!

They were wonderful helping with order and the items looks great!

My original order of the Kim double 3 oak arrived incomplete, with multiple damaged parts. Pamo sent three replacement orders, all of which arrived in only plastic bags with no protection, therefore the product was chipped and scratched. I still do not have a complete undamaged set. I officially gave up communication after 7 weeks. I do not recommend this company

Responsive customer service before placing our initial order and ease of building the closet systems has been a great experience. Would definitely order again.

The product is great quality, very well built, and very sturdy. I would just recommend that the instructions more thoroughly explained on how to assemble it.

arrived too late, have to pay high shipping fees to return

I had a problem with connections and couldn’t get any help so I ended up going to Home Depot and getting a diff connection. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but their lack of response left no other choice. I have several pieces that need returned so I hope they don’t give me grief.

I had to cancel my order because I was not made aware that the majority of the items were not in stock. I only found out after I contacted you for tracking information.

Absolutely unacceptable. My order arrived missing three shelves, another shelf was damaged, and Amazon incorrectly marked everything as delivered. To make matters worse, Pamo Design advertises a customer service phone number that doesn’t actually accept calls, instead directing customers to email.

For a company charging premium prices, this level of service is embarrassing. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down merchandise they’ve already paid for or struggle to reach a human being.

Beautiful marketing means absolutely nothing when a company can’t deliver a complete, undamaged order or provide accessible customer support.

No need to wonder about the quality. It's excellent. The final product of my DIY is beautiful and has exceeded expectations. Customer service was also very helpful and punctual on an issue I had. A great experience, highly recommended.

Love everything about this company. I was trying to pull an office together for years and this was what I was missing. East to put up and exactly what I was looking for.

First know I am extremely picky. Prompt and efficient delivery. Excellent well made product. The gold has nice finish. Not cheap looking. I bought the shelves also and the wood is very nice. All the parts came properly. Great product. Highly recommend.

Great flexible solution to awkward closet spaces. It’s nice they have ready made configurations but I needed the DIY option. Very easy to design and put together yourself since they give you all the dimensions of the individual components.
Also I will mention I made a quantity mistake when ordering and emailed them quickly before items were shipped to see if I could add the missing piece so I don’t have to suffer more shipping costs and they sorted it out immediately. Thanks Pamo!

Outstanding product

I am trying to get my issue resolved without success. Do not buy anything from PAMO, it is overpriced cheap quality and the return process is a hassle.
