Great experience. The order shipped promptly. Instructions were only pictorial but I had no issues with that. Very happy with value for the size, varied levels and enrichment for my 2 new kittens. They're still learning how to use it.

Assembly was relatively easy! They delivered straight to my apartment door so that was great. It seems pretty good to me, though I am a first time cat owner+cat tree buyer.

I was very impressed with the instructions and labeling of each of the pieces, it made assembly a breeze and my fur babies love it! They fight over the condo and the big hammock.

My cat doesn’t like it at all. Find it’s a bit difficult for my cat to climb this specific cat tree. Beautiful but it’s a bit difficult for him.

The cat tree is stunning but our issue was assembling the unit - it was a smaller cat tree as well. The screws should be packed and individually identified. All of the screws are mixed in one pack which makes them hard to tell which is which. They’re identified in the instruction pamphlet but that isn’t much help. Also, after the tree is assembled, you can see the screws which doesn’t look nice from an aesthetic point of view. Such a beautiful cat unit and those big metal screws show up. There should be the white plastic screw covers included to hide them.

It looks great but is quite unstable and there is no padding on the platforms so is not the most comfortable for lying on. The cats do like it though.

Love that it's a Canadian company. It was so easy to order and delivery was so fast! Our new cat tree was an instant hit with our two cats. Highly recommend, we're contemplating buying a second one!

The floor to ceiling cat bed was delivered quickly, it was easy to assemble, it's cute, and my cat likes it. What would make it 5 star is if the assembly instructions showed how to assmeble the attached beds on the other side of the structure's trunk so the structure could fit snugly into the right corner of the room, not only the left. It would be an easy option on the assembly instructions.

Nice website with great photos of the trees, very affordable.
Made it easy to know what I was ordering.
My only nitpick is that many of the photos on the site have the "Amazon aesthetic" : poor english language labels on product features, weird spacing of punctuation. It didn't help me feel confident I was ordering a legitimate product at first. Felt like one of the countless gibberishly named brands on Amazon that resell the same product under different names.

Great product! Well made with natural products our cat loves it, went towards it right away scratching and snuggling. And it’s a Canadian company!
