Absolutely love our new light, we needed something a bit special & the quality & look is spot on. It looks quite vintage & haven’t seen anything on any other sites which compared. Took a little longer than expected to arrive (delivery company rather than Daisy Aston) but response to my query was immediate & really pleasant (their customer service is lovely) & the light was definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend and I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Easy on-line viewing and ordering. Lampshade selected was modern and stylish, with 3 separate light bulbs providig a good light for a dressing room.

Absolutely love my new hallway and landing lights! They have completely transformed the space. The design is simple but really stylish, and the soft glow makes the hallway feel so much warmer and more inviting.

Do not purchase from this company - the images on their website are misleading and what you receive is a cheap looking version that looks nothing like the website images. Returns to the USA are costly and you also need a phone number and country of origin of products, which I was not provided. Save your money and buy lights from elsewhere - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The order was very well packaged and delivered promptly.
The light looks beautiful even when unlit and friends have made lots of positive comments about it. I’d happily buy from Daisy Aston again in the future.

Avoid this company.
I looked at the website and assumed I was buying from the UK. The product is taking ages to arrive, still haven’t received it after over two weeks. It transpires it is being shipped from abroad and that Daisy Aston is not a UK company at all. Nearly £200 on a pendant light I fear may be money wasted. I would not have bought from them if I had known the product was imported, should have researched better!

There is something not right about advertising a product and then not reading the small print regarding returns. The advertising of the lighting falsely glamourized the purchase and when asking for a return and refund, I was offered 30% of payment to keep them .
The next step is returning the products to the USA! Expensive and with no return phone number which is required for shipping purchases.

A sham company which is importing stuff from overseas, hence the extremely long waiting time for delivery.
From China?
Huge delay going through customs?
I could have bought the same item much cheaper on Amazon, yes, same long delivery time but honesty about where it is coming from and the time frame for delivery, - Saving me 50% of the price.

Not only is Daisy Aston dishonest about where the products are coming from and delivery times, it doesn't even provide a phone number?

The natural travertine stone wall lights look amazing in the guest room of our cottage. Adding a boutique hotel vibe to the room we are really pleased with how they look.
Simple to install and with good communication from Customer Services I will definitely be buying from Daisy Aston again.

The light is very stylish and looks perfect over our kitchen table.
Delivery was a bit longer than we expected, but it arrived very well packaged.

Ordered after seeing online. The pricing and sizes were misleading, I believed I was buying a much larger shade then the shade that arrived. When I wanted to return it, I was told it had to be returned to their facility in the USA. At a cost of £35 at my own expense. Their customer service adviser was friendly though.

It makes no sense to order from this company, there are plenty of better companies in the UK. Buyer beware.

Excellent product and fair price. Good delivery other than Evri perhaps not the fastest but it all got here in the end.

The nordic pendant light arrived from China and was extremely poor quality. It looked like a cheap meccano set and came with no instructions. When I emailed them for instructions they just told me it was easy and would take minutes to put together and gave me some vague instructions of how to put it together. On inspecting the light it was clear that it didn't look for purpose. Daisy Aston insist it is CE compliant but I can't see any mark on the lamp that confirms this and an electrician wouldn't fit it when I showed them. They offered me a 30% refund and to keep the lamp or to return it to the States at my own cost, which I will do, even though it puts my £30 out of pocket. I don't have high hopes that I'll get a refund but I paid using AMEX so at least I have a chargeback option. I hope others read mine and the countless other reviews on here before parting with their hard earned cash. Just an update to say that I checked the CE certificate with the safety officer who had supposedly signed it off and he confirmed it was a fake certificate so watch out, the products sold are not safety tested. Luckily AMEX has refunded me after reviewing the fake safety certificate.

Lovely light- really pleased with it. Delivery was over 2 weeks

I wanted so badly to like the light that I purchased from Daisy Aston, especially given the high price point. However, what they sent was miles away from what was featured in the picture. The £299 nordic pendant with vintage-inspired fabric looked like a shoddily made, outsourced light that was yellow.

To make things worse, I live in the UK and to ship a return I had to send it to the US, which cost me £60 out of my own pocket. I will say that their customer service rep was incredibly friendly.

Very disappointed with this company and would strongly advise others to avoid them.

The products I received were nothing like the quality portrayed in their advertising. The marketing and product descriptions created the impression of a high-quality item, but what arrived appeared to be cheap, poorly made imports that fell far short of expectations.

I feel the advertising was misleading, and the product simply did not match what was promised. As a customer, I feel completely let down and disappointed by the experience.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again and cannot recommend them to others.
