Long answer and i didnt received the right table

I love the table I bought from Hoft : Small and elegant. The delivery time was a bit long, tough.

All items were in great shape on opening of the boxes and assembly was very quick and simple!

I purchased 2 Zaki dining chairs from Hoft. I liked that it is a Canadian company. The chairs arrived quickly and were packaged very well. I was able to assemble them easily. The quality is good for flat pack furniture that is self-assembled. I gave this 4 stars because one of the screws in the back did not thread properly with the supplied screw and I had to use a longer screw to get it to work.

They look very nice, and seem sturdy. They are a little on the small side for dining chairs - not a substantial or large chair. They do look very nice though and are quite sturdy. I am happy with the purchase and I think the quality is good compared to the price.

I purchased the Werner dining table and the Maia dining chairs, and the quality is outstanding for the price. I ordered them on pre order, and they arrived at the early end of the estimated delivery time. I highly recommend them!

I wish I could give 0 stars - absolutely no communication giving order status. When we called to follow up it was ‘with a different carrier’ so no one could advise on the status. Now they’re asking us to rate our experience when NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED. Zero. Zero stars.

The order arrived. Hoft was very good with the follow-up once they found out about how late the delivery was (about 1 month). They called me to let me know that they were in touch with the shipping company. The order came through this week as they said, and the quality of the items seems very good. A couple of suggestions for Hoft: a) label the boxes with how many items per box (there were 2 chairs per box and 3 boxes, so we had to open to ascertain that the 6 chairs had been delivered), b) provide tracking number and shipping company name so that the customer can follow the delivery in real-time.

Quick delivery , set up and great product

I really like the quality of the chairs. However, I'm missing a bolt to hold the back on one of the chairs. I sent a message requesting one be sent to me, however, no one responded to me. I will follow-up again, but I shouldn't have to. The shipping with Canpar was substandard. They attempted delivery at a time I was not home, left a delivery slip indicating they would be back the next day. I stayed home all day and they didn't show up. I ended up going to pick them up myself at their warehouse as I couldn't find out when or if they were going to deliver the chairs to me. In view of the above, I would not recommend to anyone and probably won't order again even though there is another item I would like to order.

The table arrived very quickly and excellent quality, assembling the table was a very easy and fast process. It looks great in my dining room! I had to change the delivery address after the table had shipped, and Ethan made the change with no problem. Thank you, I’m very happy with this purchase & with Höft!

Loved the chairs, but unfortunately they were too low for my table. So far the return process has been seamless. The customer service agent was professional and helpful. He walked me through each step of the return process and made sure everything was in order before we disconnected the call.
