Very disappointing experience. After a thermostat repair failed within months, getting warranty service was difficult. My old, working fridge was replaced with a newer unit that doesn’t function properly—items freeze in the fridge section while the freezer doesn’t freeze. Even after replacing the main board, nothing improved. I couldn’t get my original fridge back and now have to buy a new one. Poor product quality and poor customer service.

Give you a prepaid Mastercard that expires within 6 months. What a scam. They would not give me the money back.

At first I was worried about this being a scam but after receiving more info via enbridge pamphlets I decided to give them a try.. I was happy with the program and wanted to share feedback for others that are skeptical like I was. They replaced my old fridge and installed further instalation on my basement walls. Im now hoping they will have something for old drafty windows and doors 🙏

Gerome was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, helpful, and even laughed at my jokes. I had a wonderful experience and got a good deal on our new power plan.

Don't do it.
Had thermostat replaced and when it stopped working within a few months they gave me hard time to warranty the repair.
I got my old good fridge replaced with a new garbage one. In June 2023.
It freezes my veggies in fridge compartment compartment and stuff in freezer isn't frozen making it useless.
Had service replace main board to no improvement.
Requested my old fridge back but couldn't get it.
Now I have to buy a working fridge.
It was free but it's going to cost me now.
Poor quality poor customer service.

This website LIES! I have excellent credit, the rep I talked to said I was approved for ANY plan but because my son who lives 5 hours away has a Gexa plan, I'm being punished and cannot have a Discount Electric Plan. How stupid is that? Never using any of them ever again to find an electric plan.

Jefrey brown made my experience so effortless over the phone and created not only a new customer but and experience that really shocked me compared to anyone else i have talked with. He was very kind respectful and most of all very descriptive when it came to the exact details of my plan. He didnt try to hide anything from me who h i loed becaise he was honest and not trying to screw me over with things in fine print no matter the amount of questions i had for him . This gentleman needs a raise because he goes above and beyond.

I have been working with saveONenergy.ca every day, creating and submitting retrofit (energy conservation) applications, for the past 4 years and I have to say that this is the single worst website I've ever used. To give that statement more value I would like to point out that I worked in web development for 15+ years before encountering saveONenergy. I am very familiar with how to plan, build and manage a website like this, and this site fails on so many levels. There is no justifiable explanation for why it fails to load simple pages, fails to attach small files, fails to calculate dollar amounts and and drops connections to the server or timeout after hanging for 10 minutes.

The developers of this website clearly do not know what they're doing. The requirements are not that complex and the traffic is nominal. Bad planning, bad execution, and bad management.
