Hopefully I did the right thing to enroll.,I was with ap&g and have a horrible experience, I hope this new provider works pretty well, the lady over the phone was pretty good very well knowledgeable of what she does.,and hopefully this change for the better.

Skirted around termination fee!
I was given a great rate! I asked repeatedly about the termination fee and told don’t worry. I signed up. 2 days later I get my final bill from my company and there is a huge termination fee. Be very careful because these people don’t help with termination fees!

One call saved me 3.5 cents per kilowatts
I called due to an issue with my bill and ended the up saving money. Switched providers and it was the easiest process ever. Matthew really knows his terminology on kilowatts
