DO NOT ORDER from them online

This company is a joke when it comes to e-commerce. Maybe they are fine in-store, but their online experience is awful. I ordered 22 doughs and they arrived late because they left shipping to the last minute. They selected next day saver shipping, which meant there was no Saturday delivery and no room for error. I received the dough in a Walmart box with packaging that had TWO ice packs that were hot. All the dough had exploded within the plastic bags, was all over the place, and had unfortunately gone bad.

Separately, as I was communicating with them about this issue with UPS, there was no effort on their side to make it right or to try to get the dough to me in time for when I needed it. They still had time on a Friday to ship something to me for Saturday delivery. All I can say is DO NOT order from this company. Don't fall for the reviews on their site.

Fantastic products

Fantastic products! Organic and fresh sweets. If your located in Staten Island like I am, their products always arrived warm or amazing.
