mano mano what a joke, the french side are ridiculous, they allow false delivery times.
my delivery time was 1-3 July 2026 and nothing, they have had my money just under 387€ since the 28/06/2026 and still nothing.
you just get fobbed of by there so called pro staff.
who have no clue what business is.
my advise is just stay clear of them and buy elsewhere!!

About a month ago, I ordered a coffee machine from them. I was really looking forward to receiving it, so I kept a close eye on the tracking information.

Then, on a Sunday evening at 10:20 PM, the tracking suddenly showed that my package had been delivered. The problem was that I hadn’t received anything.

I contacted customer support immediately. Their response was cold and unhelpful. They simply insisted that the package had been delivered and told me to check with the local post office. However, I live in the city of Utrecht, where there are many different post offices and parcel collection points. It’s impossible to know which one they were referring to.

I emailed them again to explain the situation, but I never received a reply. I also tried contacting their support email address separately, and once again, there was no response.

So my advice is simple: don’t order from this company. If your package goes missing, they won’t help you, and you’ll likely lose your money. Just like I did.

I placed an order yesterday. Don’t trust it so I want to cancel the order and get my money back. But it’s hard to find the customer service of Mano Mano or the supplier. Send an email to the support adress which sent me the confirmation, telling I want to cancel the order and get my money back. But getting no reply or reaction from them.

I have to rectify this review. Recently I discovered I placed my order at a website that pretends to be Mano Mano but they are not, so be careful and make sure you are ordering from the real Mano Mano, they always have a country extension in there webadress. The one where I placed my order didn’t. Luckily in my search I came across with the real Mano Mano client service, the UK one. They have been very helpful and gave me some good advice. So I can only say, I had a very good experience with them, they are very quick and even though they didn’t have to have been very helpful.

Prices are pretty good. I got a makita drill with a carrying box from this website for half price of what it was being sold in a shop next to my house. 0 complaints.

I placed my order for LeGrand Plexo fittings based on photos shown on ManoMano website, which were older style fittings manufactured before 2022, which is the product I wanted. The company who sent the product, BonBrico decided to send me the latest model of the product which is totally different in style. I started the Return process and Bon Brico refused to acknowledge their mistake that they sent the incorrect design. They have insisted I pay for return costs which are exorbitant and they have charged a return cost for each item when in fact they arrived as one order. This is obviously designed to stop customers returning items. Most unhelpful company. ManoMano have also not assisted. I’ve since found the same product on another site, much cheaper. I shall not be using ManoMano or BonBrico again.

This is the worst internet product experience I have lived so far !!

I have been waiting for 1 month almost to here back from them and the seller not option is proposed and I am sending them emails daily !!! I have wasted 500€ and don’t have a solution to have a refund or replacement. They ignore me don’t want to call me… it’s now 30 degrees and my grand doesn’t have the air conditioner I promised…

The delivery service said that it was delivered but it was not, I had to complaint and 2 days later, it was delivered. I had complained in the meantime and those customer service sent me a print screen of Fedex website to let me know that it was delivered (and it was not), they could not care less about it.

I purchased a mattress from Manomano.fr that turned out to be terrible. Unbelievably bad and my back was killing me.

There were 10 reviews on the listed mattress and they were all over-the-top positive. There's no way it's genuine.

I submitted my honest review - I saw it live publicly on the site a few minutes later. The next evening it disappeared and I never heard from the customer service team about this.

In 2018 I bought a Greencut GLM880SX mower from them! The pull starter needs replacing but it's impossible to find! Why does the firm sell machines when spare parts aòre unavailable?? The same comments are made by Amazon buyers who can't find parts! A con????

It's impossible get the correct product because the filters for dimensions do not work. Set it to 120x120 for shower trays and it will give you a bunch of trays that are not 120x120.

They have the most shittiest customer service and they host scammers. I ordered a Stove oven and they sent me a cheaper version and ManoMano would not take responsibility. They said they issued a ManoMano guarantee until the problem is solved but it’s nothing. You will not get anything out of it. It’s just a scam mail from them. The seller after two weeks arranged a return for the wrong product. And then it has been over a week since the return of the product. The seller LBDN and ManoMano has not yet responded to me regarding my refund. They have taken me around in circles for over a month now and now I don’t have the product and the money. ManoMano is not trust worthy and they won’t do anything for you if anything happens they just host sellers for commission.

(Replay to ManoMano: You do realise it’s still been over a week since I returned the product and it does not take over a week for an item to go back. It’s a store in France. And not providing a solution and sending same messages like this response does not mean that ManoMano or the seller provided a solution. As for the useless ManoMano guarantee, after this review ManoMano sent an email saying they extended it for another 15 days! When they are suppose to refund me after 28th if I have not had a proper solution. Which means it’s useless and I mentioned above. Glad you’ll replied so people see how useless your services and responses are. ) this is exactly what I mean people. Stay away from ManoMano.! These types of unhelpful response will all you get if you have a problem and a useless guarantee. After they took away the wrong product they sent I ordered new one from Whirlpool them selves and it’s already here few days ago and these people are trying to make it look like they haven’t received it yet. These people don’t even show on the website as it’s already returned. It’s still showing as if I still have the item and I haven’t return it. Both the website and the sellers are scammers. I haven’t return receipts and photos of their delivery service taking away the product.

I ordered a brosse roatif pour aspirateur, but the brush was not rotatif; that is, it was not the item I ordered. It differed clearly from the photo of the item on the manomano website. I tried to get them to send me the correct item, but their web form would not accept any of my photos, even as small as 133 kB. And they wouldn't accept my claim without photos. So I'm stuck---impossible to contact them, impossible to ask for the correct item. A total waste of my time and money.
