mano mano what a joke, the french side are ridiculous, they allow false delivery times.
my delivery time was 1-3 July 2026 and nothing, they have had my money just under 387€ since the 28/06/2026 and still nothing.
you just get fobbed of by there so called pro staff.
who have no clue what business is.
my advise is just stay clear of them and buy elsewhere!!

this company is useless, they have a fake french number,
brought 10 kuken fans, they arrived today all faulty some smell like burning and hot.
total waste of money, still waiting for a remote from a previous order.

regarding you fake response, if you want to get this sorted, arrange a free returns label and these faulty fans picked up,i want a refund, if you check we have already done a return, yet you have done nothing!!!!

this company charged me 15€ delivery and then two days later demanded another 15€ or they would not send it.

stay clear of these people, very dishonest!!

totall dishonest company, they did not send it fo several days, i demanded a refund and then they updated it to sent.
it arrived today, but the blocked a collection, yet they did not refund me.
if you want to be messed arround then buy from this compoany

very dishonest brought a piece on ebay, they would have know it was broken and yet sent it anyway.

be carfull when you buy off them.

very poor service, sent two items in same box, one refunded and we have to wait for the second, even through received together.
said i want to leave a negative review they said they have done it and there is no other way to leave a review.

dishonest, deliver to a post-box as and when they feel like.
must be the cheapest amazon found to deliver there parcels.

I wish you parcels was delivered as quick a you reviews, but gain you response speaks volumes, a very poor response from a very bad dishonest company.

J'ai passé une commande aujourd'hui en Click & Collect à Saint-Brieuc, j'ai reçu un e-mail de confirmation indiquant qu'il était disponible, puis un appel depuis un téléphone portable m'indiquant qu'il n'y avait plus de stock. Mon conseil, mais ailleurs, je dois attendre mon remboursement maintenant.

Perte de temps totale !

visite le 25/06/2025 yffiniac 22120 et commande d'un lave Linge, on m'a dit que quelqu'un me téléphonerait le vendredi, pas de réponse, j'ai appelé le mardi 1/07/25 pour demander si c'était dispo et que je viendrais le chercher le lendemain à l'ouverture.
Nous sommes arrivés et on nous a dit d'aller chercher le produit à l'arrière, nous avons attendu 20 minutes et personne n'est venu, nous sommes retournés dans le magasin et avons parlé à la dame qui nous a vendu le produit et avons demandé à parler à son supérieur, un grand homme avec des lunettes est apparu, il était grossier, ne se souciait pas du mauvais service et nous a dit de retourner chercher le produit à l'arrière.
il est ensuite revenu, a envoyé son personnel et a été très agressif et a noté mon numéro d'enregistrement, il n'aime pas les anglais.

what a joke they are scammers, not used them for 5years and i was ripped off.
used them to send a gift to France from the uk, no import but the same courrier in France tried charge me 14.50€, this is more the that courier, i assume parcel 2 go, is working together to stich up its customers.

put in cabin on 5 th floor, i got less than a hours sleep, due to car alarms.

***poor response from Brittany ferries, so customers pay good money for a cabin (£49 cabin) and have no sleep, but that's all right as you tell people to turn there alarms off!!***

head office very dishonest, do not carry out any works for its agents.
as when there is a issue the head office is not interested,
i would just avoid.

société très malhonnête, ils vendent via cdiscount et vous font attendre pour un remboursement, ils mentent également sur le nombre de produits que vous renvoyez, car ils n'indiquent pas le poids correct sur les colis retournés.

je les éviterais.

do not become a trade customer, they will fob you off or rip you off.
