Ok, ive read a lot of bad reviews about this website, but my experience has been quite the opposite. I love the fact that i finally found a shop with more conservative and beautiful options for me, and younger gorgeous dresses for my daughter. My daughter’s graduation dress was AMAZING, and my dress for her prom was soo elegant and classy that i felt like a diva 😂. Also, i have lupus, so most of my shopping is done online. Jardinvue makes the experience easy. I will keep on ordering for sure!!!

I am very disappointed with JardinVue.

I purchased two dresses for $213.90, but I never received them. After I placed my order, I was told by email that the dresses were out of stock. I requested a refund, but as of today, I have not received my money back.

I have no dresses and no refund.

Customer service takes about 48 hours to respond to each email, making the process extremely frustrating. Every time I select replacement dresses, I receive another email saying those dresses are also out of stock.

I am tired of the endless emails and broken promises. At this point, I have lost confidence that I will receive either my order or my refund.

I would not recommend shopping with this company based on my experience.🫩🫩

Honestly I hesitated to complete my order, but after a few days of checking on different reviews I was determined to try this brand. The dress is exactly as in the photos, the lace and the fit are stunning. It took 7 days to arrive and I'm going to order again. Can't wait to wear it at my event.

I ordered a dress but I wanted to return it because of a size problem. I decided to order another dress and I ask JardinVue to let me return the dress that I already have so that I can order the other one.
JardinVue decided to send me the other dress for free 🥹
The two dresses are absolutely stunning and I am very grateful for that.

I am updating my review to reflect the final outcome.

I ordered this dress according to the published size guide, but the item I received was dramatically oversized and unwearable. This was not a case of changing my mind—the garment simply did not match the sizing information provided on the website.

When I contacted customer service, I was initially told the item was “Final Sale” and could not be returned. I was then offered a series of increasing partial refunds (15%, 40%, 55%, 80%, and 90%) if I kept the dress, along with a discount coupon for a future purchase. I was also told I could return the item for a full refund, but only if I paid the return shipping costs myself, which were almost €18 for a dress that cost around €32.

To their credit, customer service was always responsive and replied quickly. However, the process felt more like an auction negotiation than a customer service resolution. Customers should not have to negotiate multiple times to receive a fair outcome when an item does not match the description on the website.

After extensive back-and-forth communication, the company ultimately issued a full refund, which I have now received.

I appreciate that the matter was eventually resolved, but the amount of persistence required to get there was disappointing. My advice to future customers is to save screenshots of product pages, size guides, and all correspondence.

Although I received my refund in the end, based on this experience I would not order from this retailer again.

the dress arrived on time and looked absolutely beautiful for my graduation ceremony. I received many compliments and was very happy with how it looked overall.
The only issue was the fit on the sides. The dress was a bit oddly cut and felt too loose around that area, even though I ordered my usual size.
I also noticed that some of the glitter stones kept falling off throughout the day. In addition, the fabric at the bottom was not properly sewn in place and kept coming loose. Because of these issues, I would say the quality was only okay and could definitely be improved.
Other than that, the dress was lovely, and I really enjoyed wearing it.

I ordered two dresses from this website, the same style in two different sizes. The photos looked amazing, but in hindsight they were probably AI‑generated, because what arrived looked nothing like the pictures. The quality was poor. Both sizes were far too big and on the same day the package arrived, I contacted customer service to start a return. I dealt with Sophia, who sent me several emails trying to convince me not to return the items. First, she offered me 40% back if I kept the dresses, plus a 10% discount on a future order. I explained clearly that I needed a full refund. Then she came back offering 55% back if I kept the items.
Honestly, what kind of business tries to negotiate refunds like that instead of simply accepting a return? I insisted again, and only after pushing repeatedly did I finally get the full refund I was entitled to. I take responsibility for not checking reviews beforehand, but I will never buy from this website again. I strongly discourage anyone from ordering here, the quality is bad, the photos are misleading, and the return process is made unnecessarily difficult.

This brand is genuinely a total scam. The rest of the reviews are written by the brand owners because the quality is literally unwashed transparent trash. I literally am so embarrassed that I got this item and they don’t even answer their emails.

The dress that I ordered is very nice and very comfortable, the quality of the dress is also very good. And it comes in my size exactly. And it comes in a week. The team were so nice and helpful. And I will order next time and I will become ordering from this brand.

I got sooo many lovely comments when I wore my dress. It was honestly stunning, it’s a shame it doesn’t dry clean well the feathers are synthetic so not a good idea but I’ve already placed my next order. Quality was superb, well worth the price and delivery was decent ! Thank you so much!
