I ordered a formal dress for a black tie wedding and was so excited when it arrived. However, as soon as I opened the package, I could tell that the hips on the left and right differed completely, with one being more round than the other. I hoped it wouldn’t be too noticeable, but once I tried it one, it was enhanced. I contacted customer service, and had two submit a photo (it wouldn’t allow me to submit more than one). I explained my issue, and returned the package. In the meantime, I had to look for another dress to ensure that I received it with sufficient time.

To my disappointment, I received a response after they received the package, claiming that there wasn’t a tailoring issue, as “every” package is “carefully” inspected, and that the dress was made the way it was intended to. I showed the dress to multiple people who confirmed it was not tailored correctly.

On top of that, they told me that they couldn’t issue me a full refund since my request for a refund was not accepted. Instead I got store credit. Now I’m forced to buy from a store in which they practically called me a liar.

Stay away from this brand! There are other brands which provide wonderful customer service, and actually take into considering their target audience.

I have now ordered from baby boo twice, both for special events and each time the dress has been a perfect fit, exactly what the website measurements say, and I always end every night out, wearing a babyboo dress, with the most amount of compliments. The quality of the dresses are phenomenal and the service is incredible as well, with fast delivery and good packaging. Easy to order and there’s no complications and no confuse meant whatsoever. Brilliant!

Very disappointing customer service.
I ordered a dress from Babyboo, but unfortunately it was too small, so I contacted customer service to request an exchange. They replied and sent me a link to process the exchange, which I appreciated.
However, when I went to the link, the size I needed was not available. I contacted them again to explain the situation and ask what my options were, but I have now been waiting for a response for over a week.
What is most frustrating is that they initially responded quickly, but as soon as there was an issue that required further assistance, I stopped receiving replies.
I understand that the size may be out of stock, but completely ignoring a customer for a week after they have already contacted you is extremely disappointing.
I expected much better customer service from Babyboo and would not recommend ordering from them if you need reliable support with an exchange.

I measured twice before purchasing, the dress did not fit well at all. It was nearly 3-4 sizes too small and I’m a healthy weight. I even measured once the dress came in and compared to size guide. The dress simply isn’t made well.
Their return policy is store credit only too. It seems they have some fake reviews out there and over advertise to attract buyers. I’d stay away.

Ordered dress for daughters formal arrived within 2 days and does perfectly. Love the dress and love the service.

Send faulty products which have measurements incorrectly stated online
Upon return they refused to issue store credit due to alleged damage and heavy staining despite the item being returned in perfect condition
They have now kept the dress and left me over $320 out of pocket
Do not buy from here!
